Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and similar state laws, you have the right to opt out of the “sale” of your personal information and of its “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Par’d Up does not sell your personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. All advertising on the Service is first-party, there are no third-party ad SDKs, and we never sell or share the personal information of users under 16. We still provide this request channel so your opt-out preference is on file and honored if our practices ever change; you would also be notified and given a new choice before any such change.
