Delete My Data

You can delete your Par’d Up account and associated personal data at any time. You can also use this page to request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or priority removal of content posted by a minor.

Delete your account in the app

The fastest way: open Par’d Up, go to Profile, then Settings, then Delete account. Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

What deletion removes

• Your profile, photos, posts, comments, likes, stories, rounds, connections, requests, blocks, notifications, push tokens, and settings.
• The text of messages you sent, which is replaced with a deletion notice in other golfers’ conversations.
• Your email address, phone number, and date of birth.
• The link between your user ID and ad view and tap records.
• Waitlist and website form entries tied to your email, on request.

What we keep

• Reports filed by or about you and moderation and enforcement records, where reasonably necessary to protect the community and comply with law.
• A record of the deletion request itself, so we can show we honored it.

Submit a request

Can’t get into the app, or want a copy or correction of your data? Use the email associated with your account. We verify every request through that email before acting on it, and respond within the time required by law (generally 45 days).

Teens, parents, and guardians

Minors can request removal of content they posted, and parents or guardians can request deletion on a teen’s behalf with verification. These requests are prioritized; see the Youth Safety Policy.
